This Privacy Policy explains how COBRA & SPEER LLC (“Cobra & Speer,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information across our services, including our PostReview review-request software. It also describes our SMS text messaging program and your mobile opt-in choices.

Information we collect

• Account and business details provided by our customers (name, business name, contact information).
• Customer contact numbers that our business customers enter to send a review request. Phone numbers used for messaging are stored only as one-way hashes.
• Usage and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To operate our services and the PostReview platform.
• To send SMS review requests on behalf of the business that served the customer.
• To send transactional account communications and to maintain security.

SMS and mobile opt-in

COBRA & SPEER LLC, through its PostReview platform, sends SMS text messages on behalf of the local trade-service businesses (such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies) that use our software. The recipients are those businesses’ own customers, who provide their mobile number to the business and agree to be texted at the time of service. After a job is completed, the customer receives a short message asking them to leave a Google review for the business, with a direct review link, followed by at most one reminder.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies (typically one to two messages per completed job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We use a limited set of service providers strictly to deliver our services — for example, hosting, database, payment processing, and SMS delivery (Twilio). These providers process data only on our instructions. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we protect information

Data is stored securely with access controls and encryption in transit. Customer phone numbers used for messaging are stored as one-way SHA-256 hashes, never in plain text.

Your choices

• SMS recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out permanently, or HELP for assistance.
• You can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
